Feuling Parts

Feuling Parts builds race-developed valvetrain and cam chest components for Harley-Davidson V-Twins, and has spent more than two decades doing it. This is where you go when you want the inside of the motor done properly.

Cam Chest

The heart of the Feuling line. Complete camchest kits, camshafts, cam plates, oil pumps, hydraulic and race-series cam chain tensioners, cam bearings and cam chains, sold both as full kits and as individual pieces so you can build the combination your motor needs.

Feuling's conversion kits are worth knowing about if you run a '99-'06 Twin Cam. The mechanical spring tensioner used in those years is a wear item, and the conversion swaps it for the hydraulic system the factory moved to in '07 - which also requires the matching conversion camshafts, since the two eras' cams are not interchangeable.

Valvetrain

Lifters, one-piece and adjustable pushrods, rocker arms, valve springs with retainers and seals, and head bolts. Feuling's spring kits are specified by installed height and lift range, so match them to your cam rather than to your model year.

Oiling And Breathing

High-volume oil pumps, oil pressure gauge and line kits, dipsticks with temperature readouts, and rocker box head breathers. Air filters and ARP fastener kits round out the line.

Fitment

Coverage runs across Evolution, Twin Cam and Milwaukee-Eight motors, and Sportster in some lines, but the part you want is specific to your engine and often to the cam chest generation within it. Twin Cam splits at the cam chest change - Touring '99-'06, Softail '00-'06 and Dyna '99-'05 use the early chest, everything later uses the revised one.
