What You Will Find

This is a service and restoration parts collection rather than a performance catalog, and the mix reflects that: ignition and charging components, regulators, coils and coil studs, battery and battery cables, oil pumps and oil lines, brake pads, master cylinders, caliper rebuild kits, pedal pads and switches, cam bearings, primary and top end gaskets, chains, carb support brackets, risers and fasteners.

The bulk comes from Drag Specialties, with hardware from Colony, engine parts from S&S Cycles, gaskets from James Gasket, frame and exhaust pieces from Paughco and electrical from Standard Motor Products.

Getting The Year Right

Nineteen years is a long production run and the Shovelhead changed more than once inside it. Early cone-motor and late electronic-ignition bikes want different parts, and several listings here are cut at '70, '73, '79 or '80 for exactly that reason. Some parts are also shared with the '48-'84 Panhead and early Evo Big Twins, which is why you will see fitment ranges that run well outside the Shovelhead years.

Read the year range on the product page against your own bike, and if you are working from a frame or motor that has been swapped at some point, go by what is actually in the bike rather than the title year.
