Bagger & Touring Fitment

Bagger & Touring covers '84-'26 - Street Glide, Road Glide, Electra Glide, Road King and Ultra. Touring moved to throttle-by-wire in 2008, and every Milwaukee-Eight is throttle-by-wire.

Years that change what fits:

2009 - the touring frame was redesigned, changing the chassis, rear fender and exhaust routing.
2014 - Project Rushmore reworked the fairings, brakes, clutch and electronics. Road Glide sat out '14 and returned for '15.
2017 - the Milwaukee-Eight replaced the Twin Cam.

How Much Extra Do You Need

Kits are sold by how much rise they accommodate over stock, so measure the actual rise difference rather than going by the bar's advertised height. Pullback changes the cable path too. Stock cables will usually stretch an inch or two without complaint; beyond that you get a brake line under tension at full lock, a clutch that will not fully disengage, or wiring pulled out of a connector. Throttle-by-wire bikes need the wiring extension rather than throttle cables.
