Bagger & Touring Fitment

Bagger & Touring covers '84-'26 - Street Glide, Road Glide, Electra Glide, Road King and Ultra. Touring moved to throttle-by-wire in 2008, and every Milwaukee-Eight is throttle-by-wire.

Years that change what fits:

• 2009 - the touring frame was redesigned, changing the chassis, rear fender and exhaust routing.
• 2014 - Project Rushmore reworked the fairings, brakes, clutch and electronics. Road Glide sat out '14 and returned for '15.
• 2017 - the Milwaukee-Eight replaced the Twin Cam.

Buy The Gasket With The Job

Nothing is more frustrating than having the cover off and the bike apart, waiting on a five dollar part. Gasket kits are specified per motor family and often per year within it, and the material matters - a composite and an MLS head gasket are not interchangeable. Exhaust gaskets are a consumable: they crush to seal and should be replaced any time the pipes come off, which is also the usual cure for an exhaust leak that appeared after a service.
