Features of the Reaper 525 Conversion Cams

• Conversion cams let you update the mechanical style tensioner system to the late style hydraulic tensioner chain drive system. These use conversion Reaper camshafts with '99-'06 inner cam journals matched to '07-'17 outer cam journals, allowing the use of the '07-'17 cam plate and hydraulic chain drive tensioner system. Hydraulic chain drive components are purchased separately; options include PART #09251060 and PART #09251061.
• Designed to increase torque band width and increase fuel economy
• Great bolt-in camshaft upgrade for stock 88" and 96" engines; also performs very well in 103" strokers and will respond well to increased compression and cylinder head work
• Produces strong low and mid-range power with linear horsepower and torque curve
• Can be used with factory valve springs, pushrods and lifters
• Increases throttle response and eases starting
• 1750 to 5500 RPM power range
