Race Series Oil System Packs / '07-'17 Twin Cam, '06 Dyna

A complete Race Series oiling package for the late Twin Cam, in full-travel or short-travel lifter form.

This pack gathers the parts needed to finish a Twin Cam oiling system into one order. It fits '07-'17 Twin Cam engines and the '06 Dyna, running either gear or chain drive cams, which covers most Harley-Davidson Big Twins of that era including the FLHT Electra Glide, FLHR Road King, FLTR Road Glide, FLHX Street Glide, FXD Dyna and the Softail line.

The choice between the two variants is lifter travel. Full-travel lifters carry a full 0.200 inch of travel with a slower bleed-down rate, built to handle very heavy valve spring pressures and to give extra roller clearance for steep ramped camshafts. Short-travel lifters run 0.115 inch, which Feuling says raises usable rpm by reducing valve float and valvetrain harmonics, and cuts oil aeration inside the lifter on steep, fast action high lift lobes.
