Complete Feuling HP+ chain drive camchest kit with Reaper cams, for '99-'17 Twin Cam motors.
The chain drive HP+ kit keeps the factory drive style while rebuilding everything around it — no 4-gear drive kit required, so it is the simpler install of the two HP+ camchest options.
Each kit carries your choice of 525, 543 or 574 Reaper cams, the HP+ High Volume oil pump, High Flow billet camplate, roller lifters and pushrods. Pick your generation first, then your cam. The late kits cover '06 and up Dyna and all '07-'17 Twin Cams, which share the same engine internals.
Features

- Intake — 0.525" valve lift, opens 4°, closes 42°, 226° duration at 0.053", 0.099" lift at TDC, 109° lobe centerline
- Exhaust — 0.535" valve lift, opens 51°, closes 5°, 236° duration at 0.053", 0.112" lift at TDC, 113° lobe centerline
543 Reaper — broader midrange
- Intake — 0.543" valve lift, opens 15°, closes 43°, 238° duration at 0.053", 0.160" lift at TDC, 104° lobe centerline

Fitment
- '99-'06 Twin Cam, except '06 Dyna
- '06 and up Dyna, and all '07-'17 Twin Cam
Harley fitted Dyna with the newer style Twin Cam motor in 2006, a year before the rest of the range. So an '06 Dyna takes the late kit, and every Dyna from '06 on runs the same engine internals as an '07-'17 Twin Cam.
Before You Order
No shipping to California.
⚠️ VERIFY your cam grind against your compression, exhaust and tuning plans before ordering.
Common Questions
Which generation kit do I need?
Match the motor, not just the year. '99-'06 Twin Cams take the early kit. '06 and up Dyna and all '07-'17 Twin Cams take the late kit — Dyna moved to the newer motor in '06, a year ahead of the rest of the range.
Which cam grind is right for me?
The 525 favours low end, the 543 broadens the midrange and the 574 reaches further up. Full timing figures for all three are in the Specifications above.
Do I need a gear drive kit for this?
No. This is the chain drive kit, so it keeps the factory drive style and needs no separate 4-gear drive kit. That is the main practical difference from the gear drive version.
Why can't it ship to California?
California emissions regulations restrict this kit from sale to CA addresses.
About Feuling
Feuling Parts builds Harley-Davidson valvetrain and oiling components in the U.S.A., and is best known for oil pumps, camplates and the Reaper camshaft line. Their reputation rests on the oiling side of the motor — the parts that decide whether a cammed engine lasts.
Works With
Want the tensioner gone for good? See the HP+ Gear Drive Camchest Kits, which need an S&S or Andrews 4-gear drive kit. For the tier above, see the Race Series Gear Drive Camshaft Kits. Add a Camshaft Installation Kit if you do not already have the bearings and hardware.
