When the factory chain tensioners wear out, gear drive is the permanent answer — there is no tensioner shoe left to wear through and shed material into the oil. Feuling's Race Series kit rebuilds the whole camchest under one part number: High Volume oil pump, High Flow camplate, your choice of 574, 594 or 630 Reaper gear drive cams, Race Series hydraulic roller lifters, pushrods, Timken bearings, gaskets and ARP fasteners.
Pick your generation first, then your cam. The early kits suit '99-'06 Twin Cams; the late kits suit '06 and up Dyna and all '07-'17 Twin Cams, which share the same engine internals.

574 Reaper — broad midrange, strong street grind
- Intake — 0.574" valve lift, opens 15°, closes 45°, 240° duration at 0.053", 0.163" lift at TDC, 105° lobe centerline
- Exhaust — 0.574" valve lift, opens 61°, closes 14°, 255° duration at 0.053", 0.143" lift at TDC, 113.5° lobe centerline
594 Reaper — more overlap, wants compression
- Intake — 0.594" valve lift, opens 19°, closes 56°, 255° duration at 0.053", 0.190" lift at TDC, 108.5° lobe centerline
- Exhaust — 0.604" valve lift, opens 60°, closes 16°, 260° duration at 0.053", 0.167" lift at TDC, 114° lobe centerline
630 Reaper — the largest grind in this kit, built for top end
- Intake — 0.630" valve lift, opens 20°, closes 58°, 258° duration at 0.053", 0.188" lift at TDC, 109° lobe centerline
- Exhaust — 0.630" valve lift, opens 60°, closes 19°, 263° duration at 0.053", 0.171" lift at TDC, 112.5° lobe centerline
Cam specifications are measured at the lifter at 0.053" lift.
Fitment
- '99-'06 Twin Cam, except '06 Dyna
- '06 and up Dyna, and all '07-'17 Twin Cam
Harley fitted Dyna with the newer style Twin Cam motor in 2006, a year before the rest of the range. So an '06 Dyna takes the late kit, and every Dyna from '06 on runs the same engine internals as an '07-'17 Twin Cam.

Common Questions
Which generation kit do I need?
Match the motor, not just the year. '99-'06 Twin Cams take the early kit. '06 and up Dyna and all '07-'17 Twin Cams take the late kit — Dyna moved to the newer motor in '06, a year ahead of the rest of the range.
What cam grind should I choose?
The 574 favours low end and midrange, the 594 broadens the midrange and rewards added compression, and the 630 chases top end power. Full timing figures for all three are in the Specifications above.
Why gear drive instead of chain?
Gear drive removes the tensioner shoe altogether. On a chain drive motor that shoe is a wear item, and when it wears through the debris goes into the oil system.
Is everything really in the box?
Yes. The kit packages every component from the top to the bottom of the camchest under one part number, down to the moly paste and Loctite.
Why can't it ship to California?
California emissions regulations restrict this kit from sale to CA addresses.
