The Feuling Race Series Chain Drive Conversion Kit updates a '99-'06 Twin Cam from mechanical cam chain tensioners to the later hydraulic system.
Mechanical cam chain tensioners are the known weak point of the early Twin Cam. They wear, and when the shoe material is gone the debris goes through the motor. Harley solved it in 2007 with hydraulic tensioners, and this kit brings that solution backward: conversion camshafts that use '99-'06 inner cam journals with '07-'16 outer journals, which is what allows the later camplate, oil pump, hydraulic tensioners and chain drive to fit an early motor.
What the Conversion Kit Includes
Beyond the conversion camshafts, the kit ships with sprockets, hydraulic tensioners, chains and the spacers needed to install them, so nothing has to be sourced separately. On top of that sits the Feuling oiling package: a High Volume oil pump, High Flow camplate, Race Series hydraulic roller lifters in full or short travel depending on option, and Timken and Koyo cam bearings. Reaper series camshafts are used throughout.

Emissions
Drag Specialties lists these conversion kits as EMIS 3. What the emissions codes mean
