The Race Series pump and High Flow camplate as a package, in four combinations.
Feuling designs its oil pump and camplate to work as a pair, and this pack supplies both. The company states the combination eliminates the common pressure and scavenge issues associated with the factory oiling system on the Harley-Davidson Milwaukee-Eight.
Two choices decide your variant. Cooling must match your motor, oil-cooled or Twin Cooled. Lifter travel is the performance choice. Full-travel lifters carry 0.200 inch of travel with a slower bleed-down rate for heavy valve spring pressures. Short-travel lifters run 0.115 inch, which Feuling says raises usable rpm by reducing valve float and valvetrain harmonics.
- Feuling High Flow billet camplate in 7075 aluminum, which Feuling states is 50 percent harder and stronger than the factory or OE+ camplates
- Enlarged oil pump reservoirs and critical oil passages, camplate portholes matched to the engine case
- Bench tested pumps, relief valve seated and sealed to a minimum of 30 psi with full pop off at 55 to 60 psi
- Groove machined on the back cover to accept the factory crank bearing seal
- Made in the U.S.A.
Fitment
- '17-'26 Milwaukee-Eight
- Match Cooling to your motor, then choose lifter travel
Short-travel note: Feuling specifies short-travel pushrods 09280114 on stock base circle camshafts with short-travel lifters, covering the Feuling 405, 465, 472, 508, 521 and 592 grinds. That pushrod is 0.040 inch longer than stock, which makes up the difference for the shorter lifter.
