Race Series Hydraulic Tensioner Conversion / '99-'06 Twin Cam

The same early to late tensioner conversion, built with Race Series components.

This is the top tier of Feuling's conversion range for the '99-'06 Harley-Davidson Twin Cam. It does the same job as the HP+ kit, replacing the mechanical spring cam chain tensioners with the '07-'17 hydraulic system, but uses the Race Series billet oil pump and Race Series full-travel lifters.

Two variants are stocked. One suits conversion style camshafts on an engine with a cam position sensor, the other suits factory '99-'06 style camshafts on an engine without one.

Important: conversion camshafts are sold separately. Feuling lists 09250606 for the 525 grind, 09250671 for the 543, 09250607 for the 574 and 09250672 for the 594.
