The 1 inch Thrashin bar built for the newest baggers and '25 Softails, in a 5-1/2 inch high bend or a 4 inch mid bend, both on a 32 inch width.
The later Street Glides and Road Glides moved to a bar end the universal Thrashin handlebars do not have, which is why this is a separate part rather than a longer year range on the same one. It is the same drilled and slotted 1 inch bar otherwise, and it is the one Thrashin bar that still takes the Harley-Davidson OEM heated grips.

- Drilled and slotted for internal wiring
- Knurled for maximum clamp grip
- Cut for the '24 and up Throttle-By-Wire bar end, which is a different design from both cable throttle and early style TBW

- Laser etched Thrashin logo
- Offered in chrome, black and stainless steel
- Made in the U.S.A.

Before You Order
- Which riser you need depends on the bike, not the bar. On a Street Glide or Road Glide the gauges sit in the fairing, so there is no module to mount: use the plain Straight Handlebar Risers or Pull Back Handlebar Risers.
- On a '25 Softail, the gauge module mounts to the riser, so you need the cut out version: Straight Handlebar Risers w/ M8 Gauge Cut Out or Pull Back Handlebar Risers w/ M8 Gauge Cut Out.
- '23-'25 FLHX and FLHXSE models also need the Thrashin Street Glide Riser Adapter, part 0602-1249, sold separately. Thrashin notes that fitting it costs you the use of the storage drawer inside the fairing.
- '15-'25 FLTR Road Glide applications need risers and a riser top clamp cut for 1 inch bars.
Common Questions
Will my OEM heated grips still work? Yes. These are the Thrashin 1 inch bars that accept the Harley-Davidson OEM heated grips. The universal Thrashin bars do not.
Do I need a handlebar plug with these? No. The '24 and up bar end is a different design from the earlier notched Throttle-By-Wire style, so there is no notch for a plug to fill. That difference is the reason these carry their own part numbers.
Which riser do I need? It comes down to where your gauges live. Street Glide and Road Glide gauges are in the fairing, so the plain risers are right. A '25 Softail has its gauge module on the riser, so it needs the M8 gauge cut out version.
I have a Street Glide. Do these fit? Yes. A '23-'25 FLHX or FLHXSE fits, you just need the Street Glide Riser Adapter with it, and you give up the storage drawer in the fairing.
What is the difference between high bend and mid bend? Rise and reach. The high bend puts your hands 5-1/2 inches up with 20 degrees of sweep; the mid bend sits at 4 inches with 25 degrees, so it pulls back further toward you.
About Thrashin Supply
Thrashin Supply Co. machines its billet parts from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum in the United States, much of it in Los Angeles. The line is built around controls, risers and foot hardware for riders who want the touch points on a Harley-Davidson to feel deliberate instead of stock.
Works With
On anything older, the universal Thrashin bars are what you want: High Bend, Mid Bend, Low Bend, Aggressive Mid Bend and the 1" Stainless Steel Handlebars. Baggers take the plain Straight Handlebar Risers or Pull Back Handlebar Risers; '25 Softails take the Straight or Pull Back risers with the M8 gauge cut out. Add Riser Top Clamps on a Road Glide and the Street Glide Riser Adapter on a '23-'25 FLHX or FLHXSE. Finish with Bolt Grips or Slim Moto Grips, and the Throttle Tube.
