Frame Stabilizers Are Worth Knowing About

A frame stabilizer ties the swingarm pivot area more rigidly to the frame. On a bike carrying weight and running hard through corners it takes flex out of the chassis, which is why they are a common first upgrade on baggers before anyone touches the suspension.

Chain and sprocket work is a matched set: chain pitch, link count and sprocket tooth count all have to agree, and changing final drive gearing changes your speedometer reading unless it is recalibrated.
