The S&S 124" Hot Set Up Kit builds a '99-'17 Twin Cam out to 124 cubic inches using your original crankcases, with modification, rather than a complete replacement motor.

There is a middle path between bolting on a big bore kit and buying a crate motor, and this is it. The Hot Set Up Kit keeps the crankcases already in your bike and replaces everything that determines how much power they can make. You end up at 124 cubic inches for meaningfully less than a long block costs, with a black powder coat finish across the new parts.

What Comes in the 124" Hot Set Up Kit

Displacement comes from S&S 91cc heads, 4.125" bore cylinders, and forged 10.8:1 flat top pistons working with a 4.625" stroke flywheel assembly. Cam timing is handled by S&S .640 lift gear drive Easy Start cams. The valvetrain arrives complete with Quickee pushrods, premium hydraulic tappets and roller rocker arms, and oiling is covered by a precision machined TC3 cam support plate and TC3 oil pump. Hardware, gaskets and instructions are included. The fuel system is not, so the kit runs with either your stock intake or an aftermarket setup.

Before You Commit to the 124" Hot Set Up Kit

This project requires crankcase modification, and it is the assembler's responsibility to check all clearances and assembly specifications. Professional installation is strongly advised.

The '07-'17 Twin Cam 96/103/110A and '06 Dyna kit is not for use on Twin Cooled motors. All '07-'17 kits are not recommended above a 10:1 compression ratio for Tri Glide or other three wheel models, including conversions, because the lugging nature of those bikes creates extra load that can cause detonation and subsequent engine damage.
