Choosing A Seat

Three things decide what will work. Solo or two-up - a solo seat changes the look and usually drops you lower, but a passenger needs their own perch. Foam and shape - gel and multi-density foam matter most past the first hour in the saddle; a thin custom seat looks right and rides hard. Mounting - a seat is cut for a specific fender line and mounting points, so it is one of the least forgiving parts to buy by eye.

Sissy bars and backrests are usually sold separately from their mounting hardware or docking kits, and the pad may be its own part number again. Read what is included on the product page before ordering.
