Galfer Wave Brake Rotors are laser cut 420 high carbon stainless discs for 2000 and newer Harleys, available in solid mount, semi floating and full floating configurations.

The wave profile is not styling. Cutting the outer edge into a wave shortens the path heat has to travel to escape and gives the pad edge a scraping action that clears water and debris. Lower operating temperature means less fade on a long descent and a rotor that stays flat longer.

What Makes a Galfer Rotor Different

Each disc is laser cut rather than stamped, which is the difference between a clean edge and a stressed one. Galfer heat treats rotors individually, then double disc parallel grinds them to guarantee flatness, so they run true out of the box rather than needing a bed in period to settle. The 420 high carbon Tier 1 stainless resists wear under repeated heat cycling, and the wave pattern removes enough material to drop meaningful unsprung weight compared to a stock disc.

Choosing the Right Wave Rotor

This product covers 33 variants across position, model range and carrier style, and some options depend on your wheel.
