Assault 2:1 Exhaust / '23-'25 CVO and '24-'25 Bagger

The Trask Assault 2:1 for the redesigned Street Glide, Road Glide and CVO models, hand built from 16GA stainless.

Harley moved the Touring range onto a new chassis partway through 2023, starting with the CVO models and carrying the rest over for 2024. Trask builds this system for the new chassis, which means the routing and the mounting are right rather than adapted from the outgoing bike.

How the Assault System Is Built

High quality stainless steel is mandrel bent, then TIG welded. A double slip fit with gusset adds strength at the joint, which is where vibration concentrates. Custom heat shields with wire tied fasteners give the system its race inspired look, and 18 mm O2 ports are included so a tuner has somewhere to read from. Made in the USA.

Trask lists this system for '23.5 through '25 Harley-Davidson M8 FL Touring. The half year is the important part: the Touring range changed chassis partway through 2023, and this exhaust is built for the new one.

• '24-'25 FLHX Street Glide, FLHXU Street Glide Ultra, FLTRX Road Glide and FLTRXSTSE CVO Road Glide ST
