The Bassani Road Rage III for '87-'00 FXR models is a stainless equal length 2-into-1 built for better ground clearance and fitment.

Exhaust options for the FXR are scarce, and a stainless Road Rage III cut for the '87-'00 models is worth attention on that basis alone. The equal length stepped headers do the performance work, and Bassani specifically designed this system for better ground clearance and fitment on the FXR chassis, which is where a poorly fitted pipe on these bikes causes trouble.

How the FXR Road Rage III Is Built

2-into-1 stepped equal length headers run 1-3/4" to 1-7/8" for maximum performance, in stainless steel with hand TIG welding. A brushed billet end cap and a removable baffle finish it. Made in the USA.
