Arlen Ness Procross Forged Billet Rims

Arlen Ness Procross Forged Billet Rims are CNC machined from radial forged 6061-T6 aluminum and accept Ness hub kits for front or rear use.

A forged rim starts as a denser piece of aluminum than a cast one, and that is what allows a strong wheel to also be a light wheel. Reducing rotating unsprung weight changes how a bike steers more than almost any other single part. The Procross carries a rolled rim lip and CNC detail work running from the hub center to the rim edge.

How the Procross Rims Work

Rims ship without hubs. The same rim serves front or rear depending on which Arlen Ness hub kit is installed, and the cartridge hub design lets a complete wheel go together in minutes with basic hand tools. Every rim is structurally tested to meet or exceed DOT and JAS international load ratings, and they work with ABS and non-ABS models alike.
