The Arlen Ness Procross Forged Aluminum Wheel is a complete assembled wheel for '08-'24 baggers, shipping with the cartridge hub already installed.

This is the assembled version of the Procross, which is the distinction worth understanding. The bare Procross rim requires a hub kit bought separately; this arrives as a finished wheel with the cartridge hub in place and both bearings pre-set for radial and lateral runout accuracy. For most buyers that removes the assembly step entirely.

How the Procross Wheel Is Built

Every wheel is precision CNC machined from radial forged 6061-T6 aluminum, giving a strength to weight ratio casting cannot match and directly cutting rotating unsprung weight. The lightweight coped design is where the form and function meet. ABS applications ship with the correct bearing so ABS function is maintained, and linked brake models require no re-calibration after fitting.
