The Dakota Digital MVX 8K Six Gauge Kit for '04-'13 baggers covers FLHT, FLTR, FLHX and FL Trike models with a full analog and digital instrument set.

This is the MVX kit for the later bagger dash, and the Trike fitment is worth noting since three wheel models are frequently left out of gauge kits entirely. The format is the same throughout: an analog pointer for immediate reading, with a digital LCD message center handling the readouts a needle cannot display.

Setting Up the MVX Gauges

Two bezel options, four background choices and seven lighting colors combine into a very large number of possible looks. Pointer, backlight and LCD message center colors are each programmed independently rather than locked together, so the instrument set can be tuned to the bike's paint and to how you actually read gauges at night.

Expanding the MVX Gauge Set

Optional fuel level, oil pressure, oil temperature and voltmeter gauges work only with MVX six and two gauge kits; they will not function alone. Add-on modules plug directly into MVX and MCL-3014 series gauges and push readings for up to two air suspension pressures, boost pressure, or compass heading into the existing LCD, so nothing already installed has to come out.
