Hydraulic Clutch Actuator / '99-'06 Big Twin

A billet actuator that converts an early Twin Cam from a cable clutch to hydraulic, using the OEM mounting bolts.

A cable clutch on a Big Twin gets heavy, and it gets heavier as the cable ages and the routing picks up friction. Going hydraulic removes the cable entirely, so lever effort stays the same on the last mile as it was on the first, and it self compensates as the clutch pack wears. Pro-One machines this one from billet aluminum and mounts it with the factory bolts, so nothing has to be drilled or modified to fit it.

Hydraulic Clutch Actuator Fitment

Fits all '99-'06 Harley-Davidson Twin Cam models, except the '06 Dyna Glide.

What Else You Need

• An 11/16 inch bore master cylinder is required and is sold separately. The actuator will not work correctly with a different bore size.
• The hydraulic line is not included. Order one to suit your bar height and routing.

Common Questions About the Hydraulic Clutch Actuator

Why 11/16 inch specifically?
Master cylinder bore sets how much fluid moves per inch of lever travel. Pro-One designed this actuator around the 11/16 inch bore, so a larger or smaller master will give you the wrong lever feel or not release the clutch fully.

Does it fit my '06 Dyna?
No. The '06 Dyna Glide is the one Twin Cam this actuator does not cover.

What is in the box?
The actuator, the 10mm banjo bolt, banjo washers and the bleeder screw. You supply the master cylinder and the line.
