S&S Grand National Slip-On Mufflers are a pair of race inspired slip-ons for '18-'20 M8 Softail models with a removable dB reducer.
Slip-ons are the shortest route to changing how a bike sounds and how it looks from behind, and the Grand National shape borrows from the track without pretending to be a full system. What separates these from cheaper slip-ons is the removable dB reducer, which lets you set back pressure and sound level after the fact instead of living with whatever came in the box.
How the Grand National Mufflers Perform
S&S reports gains in horsepower and torque over stock mufflers, with a deeper exhaust note in place of the factory sound. No remapping is required when they are run with a Stealth Air Cleaner Kit, sold separately, which keeps a simple upgrade simple. They are sold in pairs with all necessary mounting hardware, and S&S states they meet J2825 sound levels. Made in the USA.

Before You Order the Grand National Mufflers
⚠️ VERIFY the legal status of the specific configuration you are ordering before purchase. The product title indicates a 50 state offering while the manufacturer's own copy for this line also references race only configurations, and race only products do not ship to California and require a form acknowledging they are not legal for road use. Contact us if you need the status confirmed for your state before buying.
⚠️ VERIFY street legality and emissions compliance for your state and model year before purchase. Most aftermarket performance exhaust systems are intended for closed course competition use and are not certified for street use in all jurisdictions. Plan on retuning the bike after installation.
