This is not simply a tensioner. It is the whole chain drive package for installing or replacing hydraulic cam chain tensioners on a stock Harley-Davidson Milwaukee-Eight, whether that is an M8 Softail, a Street Glide, a Road Glide or a Road King.

• 17 tooth crankshaft cam drive sprocket
• Hydraulic cam chain tensioner pad
• Camshaft sprocket spacing alignment and thrust washer kit, containing a 0.100 inch front cam thrust washer plus 0.110 inch and 0.120 inch alignment spacers to use as required
