Thrashin Supply's EZ Shift inner arm, adding 25 percent leverage so the shifter takes 9 foot pounds instead of 12.
Every shift on a bagger runs through the inner shift arm on the transmission, and the stock arm is short. Thrashin machines a longer one from 6061 billet, which changes the ratio between your boot and the shift drum. The measured result is the reason people fit it: a typical shift peg needs 12 foot pounds to move, and this brings it down to 9. Finding neutral at a light gets noticeably easier, and so does an upshift on a long day when your ankle is tired. It is a hidden part that changes how the bike feels every time you use it.

Common Questions About the EZ Shift Arm
Is this the outer shift lever or the inner arm?
The inner arm, on the transmission side. It works with your existing shift lever and peg.
Will it change my shift lever position?
The longer arm changes the geometry, so expect to reset your shift lever height on the splines after fitting. That adjustment is normal, not a fitment problem.
Does it help with a heavy clutch?
It helps the shift effort, not the clutch. If the lever pull is the complaint, look at the throwout bearing or the clutch spring instead.
