S&S Dyna Engine Cases are 356-T6 aircraft grade aluminum crankcases for '06-'17 Dyna models, sold with a Manufacturer's Statement of Origin.

Cases are where a custom engine either has room to grow or does not. These are cast with thicker wall sections than stock and clearanced from the outset for strokes up to 4-3/16" and cams up to .720" lift, which means the foundation will not become the limit halfway through a build. They also arrive with an MSO, so a scratch built motor can be registered.

What the S&S Dyna Cases Provide

The front motor mount is reinforced to handle the load a high output motor puts through it. A Timken sprocket shaft bearing carries the drive side, which is the bearing configuration builders reach for when the application is demanding. Pinion and Timken bearings, studs and cam bearings all arrive installed, so the cases are ready to build rather than ready to assemble. A tough powder coat finish keeps a stock appearance over the upgraded internals.

What Else the Build Needs

An oil supply line installation kit is required and sold separately: long block installation kit. These cases suit a T111, T124 or T143 upgrade as well as a fully custom build.
