There is a reason builders default to Baker when a transmission comes apart. This direct drive 6-speed installs into the existing 5-speed case with a 3.24 first and .86 sixth, lowering rpm at cruise while helical fourth, fifth, and sixth gears run silent. Three variants cover '01-'06 touring, '98-'00 FXR and touring, and '01-'05 FXD with '00-'06 FXST applications; choose the correct one for your model.
