The Trask Big Sexy 2:1 is a stainless steel 2-into-1 exhaust for '07-'16 baggers, built around a three step header and a high flow merge collector.
A 2-into-1 lives or dies on its collector. Trask stepped the header in three stages before the merge, which keeps exhaust velocity up through the transition instead of letting it stall where the pipes meet. That is the design decision behind this system, and it is aimed squarely at Twin Cam motors already making real power rather than at stock bikes looking for noise.
How the Big Sexy Exhaust Is Built
The tubing is mandrel bent stainless steel, which holds a consistent inside diameter through every curve rather than crimping at the bends. A double slip joint handles thermal expansion and keeps the seal tight through heat cycles. The custom assault style heat shield gives the system its own visual signature. Made in the USA, in raw, black or polished.
