Big Sexy 2:1 Exhaust / '18-'23 FXLRST, FLHC

The Trask Big Sexy 2:1 for the FXLRST and FLHC is the Softail specific version of the system, recommended for 117" and 140+ horsepower engines.

This is the Big Sexy cut for the Low Rider ST and Heritage Classic rather than for a full dress bagger, and the routing is specific to those chassis. Trask's power recommendation is the same across the line and worth repeating: the header is sized for 117" M8 builds and engines making 140 horsepower or more. On a stock motor it is more pipe than the engine can fill.

How the Big Sexy System Is Built

A three step header design feeds a high flow merge muffler, keeping exhaust velocity climbing through each transition. Double slip joints handle heat expansion while holding exhaust seal quality through repeated heat cycles. Construction is high quality mandrel bent stainless steel, so inside diameter stays consistent through every bend. Custom Assault-style heat shields give the system its look. Made in the USA.
