True Dual Headpipes

The Bassani True Dual Crossover Headpipes are 16-gauge chrome headpipes for '95-'08 models, a direct bolt-on replacement for stock.

These are award-winning headpipes rather than a complete system, and the crossover design is the reason they perform. A proper port angle and matched-length rear headpipe produce even output from each cylinder, which is what delivers low-end torque without the lazy mid-range drop that plagues lesser dual systems. Equal length head pipes carry the gain from low end through top end.

How the True Dual Headpipes Are Built

Construction is 16-gauge steel in show-quality chrome, with custom-fit heat shields supplied. The direct bolt-on design replaces stock headpipes. Depending on version, they accept Bassani 4" mufflers or most '95-'16 OEM-style aftermarket mufflers, though the crossover version accepts only Bassani slip-on mufflers. 12 mm and 18 mm sensor ports and plugs are included. Made in the USA.

These are headpipes only, mufflers sold separately, and some versions accept only Bassani slip-on mufflers. Not for '08-'15 Road Star. ⚠️ VERIFY your model year and muffler compatibility before ordering.
