True Dual Exhaust

The Bassani True Dual Exhaust runs 1-3/4" equal length headers into 4" straight can mufflers with billet slant cut end caps.

Equal length is the phrase that separates this from an ordinary true dual. When both headers measure the same, each cylinder's exhaust pulse travels an identical path, so neither cylinder is working against a mismatched pipe. Add the true dual layout, one pipe per cylinder from port to tip, and you get both the symmetrical look and the uninterrupted flow that a 2-into-1 gives up by design.

How the True Dual System Is Built

The 1-3/4" equal length headers connect to 4" straight can mufflers carrying removable baffles, so the exhaust note can be changed later without changing the system. Billet aluminum slant cut end caps finish the outlets. Full heat shields cover the headers, and 18 mm O2 ports ship with 12 mm adapters for tuning flexibility.
