These are the slant-cut version of Bassani's true dual header mufflers. The slant cut gives a different outlet angle from the slash-cut variant, a subtle styling choice, while everything else is shared: the woven fiberglass baffle wrap tuned for a louder, more aggressive sound, and the standard 2" baffle.
