The Bassani Pro Street Turn Out for the Suzuki M109R runs over-and-under pipes with turn-out ends in heavy-duty 16-gauge steel.

The over-and-under layout stacks the two pipes rather than running them side by side, and with the turn-out ends it gives the M109R a distinctive muscular profile. This is a Bassani system built for the Suzuki cruiser rather than a Harley, and the DCB-designed baffle inside is tuned to build low-end torque on that engine.

How the Pro Street Turn Out Is Built

Over-and-under pipes end in turn-outs, with a 1-3/4" headpipe stepping to 1-7/8" so the stepped headers improve exhaust flow for more power. Full coverage heat shields run the length. Construction is heavy-duty 16-gauge steel for long life, and a DCB-designed baffle manages flow to improve low-end torque. All mounting hardware is included. Made in the USA.
