Muffler Adapter

The Bassani Muffler Adapter lets most '95-'16 bagger mufflers fit a stock OEM 2-into-1 headpipe, using a swedged pipe and heat shield.

This adapter solves a specific compatibility gap. It fits between the stock collector headpipe and the muffler on OEM 2-into-1 systems, so that most '95-'16 bagger mufflers with a standard 1-3/4" inlet can be run on a 2-into-1 Harley headpipe they would not otherwise fit. That opens up a wide range of muffler choices on a stock system.

The kit includes the swedged pipe, a heat shield and mounting hardware, in heavy-duty 16-gauge steel with a chrome pipe and a polished, chrome-plated heat shield. Made in the USA. ⚠️ VERIFY your headpipe type and muffler inlet size before ordering.
