FireFlight Exhaust

The Bassani FireFlight Series Exhaust for Softail models is a heavy-gauge steel 2-into-1 with removable baffles and heat shields.

The FireFlight is the FireSweep's close relative, adding heat shields and removable baffles to the heavy-gauge formula. The removable baffles are the practical difference: they let the exhaust note be adjusted after installation rather than fixed. Built on 1-3/4" headers into 2-1/2" mufflers, it is a durable, honestly built Softail system.

How the FireFlight System Is Built

Heavy-gauge steel construction carries 1-3/4" headers into 2-1/2" mufflers. Heat shields and removable baffles are included, along with O2 sensor port plugs, a mounting bracket and hardware. Made in the USA.
