Exhaust Dual Challenger

The Bassani True Dual Exhaust for the Indian Challenger runs stepped headers into 4" straight can mufflers with slant cut billet end caps.

True duals keep each cylinder on its own pipe from port to tip, which means neither cylinder's exhaust pulse interferes with the other. On the Challenger's liquid cooled PowerPlus that separation is worth having, and it gives the bike the symmetrical look a 2-into-1 cannot.

How the Challenger True Dual System Is Built

Headers step from 1-3/4" to 1-7/8" on both sides. Each pipe terminates in a 4" straight can muffler with a removable perforated baffle, so the note is adjustable after installation. Slant cut billet aluminum end caps finish the outlets. Full heat shields are included, along with 18mm O2 bungs and 12mm adapters. Made in the USA, in chrome or black.
