End Cap - Short Megaphone Fluted

The Bassani Road Rage II 2-into-1 with Hot Rod Turnout uses stepped headers into a 3-1/2" short straight muffler with a fluted turnout end cap.

The Hot Rod turnout is the whole character of this system. Rather than a straight or angle cut outlet, the exhaust turns out at the end cap for a distinctly old-school hot rod look and sound. The short 3-1/2" muffler body keeps it compact, which suits the stripped aesthetic the turnout is going for.

How the Hot Rod Turnout System Is Built

Stepped headers run 1-3/4" up to 1-7/8" into the collector to increase flow, merging into the short straight muffler body with its Hot Rod turnout end cap. A removable spiral core louvered baffle sets the note. Construction is hand MIG welded, with full heat shields, 18 mm and 12 mm O2 ports with adapters and plugs, and mounting hardware. Made in the USA.
