Competition 2 Exhaust System

The Bassani Competition 2 Exhaust is a radical stainless 2-into-1 built to fit aftermarket mid controls, with a stepped header for lean angle.

This system is designed around aftermarket mid controls specifically, which is unusual and worth understanding before ordering. Bassani built it to clear mid controls from Speed Merchant, Performance Machine and Boosted Brad, and the radical routing that gives it extra lean angle is the same routing that requires those controls. On a bike with stock controls it will not work as intended.

How the Competition 2 Is Built

The 2-into-1 headpipe is stepped 1-3/4" into 1-7/8", designed for performance, increased lean angle and a very aggressive exhaust sound. Construction is stainless steel with hand TIG welding. Partial coverage heat shields are included, along with 18 mm O2 ports and 12 mm adapters, mounting hardware and a billet slash cut end cap. Made in the USA.

This system is not for '23-'24 FLHXSE and FLTRXSE, or '24 FLHX and FLTRX. It requires aftermarket mid controls from one of the listed manufacturers. ⚠️ VERIFY your control setup and model year before ordering.

Plan on retuning the bike after installation.
