The Bassani Road Rage 2-into-1 with 4" Superbike Muffler is a black coated system for M8 Softail models, built on stepped equal length headpipes.

This is the black Road Rage for the M8 Softail, and the construction is a deliberate split. The headpipes and collector are mild steel with industrial chrome underneath a black coating, while the muffler housing is stainless where heat concentrates most. Coating where it shows, stainless where it matters, is a sensible way to build a black exhaust that still looks black after a season.

How the Road Rage Superbike Performs

Stepped 1-3/4" to 1-7/8" equal length headpipes merge into Bassani's advanced collector, using the equal length principle to build power evenly rather than in one band. Mild steel heat shields coated black cover the headpipes and collector. The 4" straight stainless muffler housing carries a perforated baffle, welded logo badging and a matching black end cap. Both baffle and end cap are removable. 18 mm O2 bungs ship with 12 mm adapters. Made in the USA.
