2-into-1 Mid-Length Exhaust System with Super Bike Muffler - 49-State

The Bassani Mid-Length 2-into-1 with Super Bike muffler is a 49-state stainless system running a high flow catalyst inside an 11" straight can.

Fitting a catalyst without strangling the system is the hard part of building a street legal performance exhaust. Bassani put a high flow catalyst inside the 4" muffler body rather than upstream in the header, which keeps the collector geometry intact and leaves the emissions hardware where it does the least damage to flow.

How the Mid-Length Super Bike System Is Built

Headpipes step from 1-3/4" up to 1-7/8" into the collector to raise flow. The muffler is a 4" outside diameter straight can, 11 inches long, carrying the high flow catalyst and a matching aluminum end cap. A removable spiral core louvered baffle sets an aggressive note and can be swapped later. Everything is hand TIG welded stainless steel.
