2-into-1 High Horsepower Exhaust System

The Bassani 2-into-1 High Horsepower system is a full stainless M8 exhaust built for engines making 140 horsepower or more.

Header sizing is a bet on how much air an engine will move. Bassani built this one for motors already past 140 horsepower, which is why the pipe grows twice on the way to the collector instead of once. On a build that makes that power the geometry is correct. On anything less it is oversized, and a smaller system will make more usable torque.

How the High Horsepower System Is Built

Headpipes start at 1-3/4", step up to 2", then step again to 2-1/8" at the collector, keeping flow accelerating through the whole transition. The muffler is a 4" outside diameter straight can, 24 inches long, finished with a polished billet end cap. A removable spiral core louvered baffle is included, so the note can be changed without changing the system. Construction is full stainless steel, made in the USA.
