2:1 Exhaust - Hotrod

The Bassani Hot Rod 2:1 pairs stepped headers with a 3-1/2" short straight muffler and a Hot Rod turnout end cap.

This is the Hot Rod 2:1 in its own right, carrying the turnout end cap that gives the style its name. The turnout outlet and the short 3-1/2" muffler body together produce the compact, old-school look and the distinctive note that separate a hot rod system from a conventional megaphone or straight can.

How the Hot Rod 2:1 Is Built

Stepped headers merge into the short straight muffler body, with a 1-3/4" head pipe stepping to 1-7/8" into the collector to increase flow and improve performance. A removable spiral core louvered baffle sets the note. Hand MIG welded, with 18 mm and 12 mm O2 ports, adapters and plugs, mounting hardware and full heat shields. Made in the USA.
