AXEO+2 (+2" Raised) Front Suspension / '97-'13 41mm

The Legend AXEO+2 Front Suspension raises a '97-'13 41mm Touring front end 2 inches while replacing the damping internals with performance cartridges.

Raising the front end and improving the damping are usually two separate projects. The AXEO+2 does both in one cartridge set, adding 2 inches of lift while replacing the stock fork internals with mono-tube, dual chambered dampers. The lift is the reason to choose this over the standard AXEO, and it comes with a specific requirement worth knowing before you buy.

How the AXEO+2 System Works

Two mono-tube, dual chambered damper cartridges carry nitrogen chambers with internal floating pistons, keeping the oil under pressure so it damps consistently rather than aerating. A machined 303 stainless preload adjuster gives a wider range than stock, and a performance spring rate underpins it. The result is controlled ride quality, no front end dive under braking, and an end to bottoming on large bumps. Lifetime warranty, made by hand in Sturgis.

What This Kit Requires

This +2 lift kit requires new upper fork tubes, Harley-Davidson part 83804-09 (41mm, 22.55" length), not included. '97-'01 models with stock air forks additionally require Harley-Davidson parts 45419-80 (two) and 45733-48 (two) to install.
