The Rekluse Apex Clutch and Basket is a complete manual clutch system for '07-'24 Big Twins, adding 60 percent more torque capacity while lowering lever effort.

Most clutch upgrades force a trade: hold more power and pull harder at the lever, or stay easy to operate and slip under load. Apex refuses that trade. Rekluse increased torque capacity by 60 percent while reducing lever pull effort, which is the combination that makes a lock-up system unnecessary on all but the most extreme builds.

How the Apex Clutch System Works

A patented Fixed-Pin billet hub anchors the design, running a TorqDrive friction disk pack that puts more friction surface in the same space. Two sets of clutch springs with different stiffness ship in the kit, so the system can be matched to the engine build and to how heavy you want the lever, rather than accepting one setting. Improved oil flow through the pack lowers operating temperature, which is what keeps engagement consistent lap after lap or mile after mile instead of fading as things heat up.

Modulation and lever feel consistency were design targets rather than side effects. That matters most in traffic and in corners, where an aggressive lock-up clutch makes a bike harder to ride smoothly. Made 100 percent in-house in the USA.
