Arlen Ness 7-Valve Forged Aluminum Wheels are assembled forged wheels for '08-'22 baggers, built around a seven spoke pattern with a cartridge hub.

The 7-Valve pattern is the more open of the Arlen Ness bagger wheels, with seven broad spokes rather than a denser design. Less material between the spokes means less rotating mass, and on a wheel already forged from 6061-T6 that compounds into a meaningful reduction in unsprung weight over a cast factory wheel.

How the 7-Valve Wheels Are Built

Each wheel is precision CNC machined from radial forged 6061-T6 aluminum. The cartridge hub carries both wheel bearings pre-set in a single hub, which is what delivers consistent radial and lateral runout without setup work at installation. ABS applications ship with the correct bearing so ABS function is preserved, and linked brake models need no re-calibration.
