2-into-1 Supersport PCX Exhaust System / M8 Bagger

The Vance & Hines 2-into-1 Supersport PCX is a mid-length 304 stainless system for '17-'23 M8 baggers, hand TIG welded throughout.

Mid-length is the length that works on a touring bike. A short system sacrifices low end torque a loaded bagger needs, and a long one costs ground clearance. Vance & Hines built the Supersport at the middle of that range and wrapped PCX Power Chamber Exhaust technology around it, so the exhaust pulse is shaped before it reaches the muffler rather than simply passed along.

How the Supersport PCX System Is Built

Tubing is 304 stainless steel, chosen for strength and corrosion resistance rather than for cost. The collector, heat shield and 4" muffler are each hand TIG welded, which is slower than machine welding and produces a joint that holds up under the vibration a V-twin generates. A classic racing badge and styled muffler end cap finish the system. Made in the USA.
