2-into-1 Qualifier Exhaust System / M8 Touring

The S&S 2-into-1 Qualifier for '17-'23 M8 Touring draws on the company's King of the Baggers program, with stainless stepped headers and a dB reducer insert.

King of the Baggers forced S&S to solve exhaust flow on a heavy touring chassis under race conditions, and this system is what came back from that work. The stepped header geometry is the transferable part. On a road bike it shows up as throttle response rather than lap time, but the engineering came from the same place.

How the M8 Touring Qualifier Is Built

Stainless steel stepped headers handle flow, with full heat shields covering both front and rear pipes. A dB reducer sound insert ships with the system so the note can be managed where noise rules apply. Oxygen sensor ports accept wide band or stock O2 sensors, which keeps tuning straightforward. Finishes are show quality brushed stainless or deep Guardian Black. Designed and manufactured in the USA.
