2-into-1 Exhaust System with Super Bike 4" Muffler / FXR

The Bassani 2-into-1 with 4" Super Bike muffler is a stainless system for '87-'00 FXR models running mid controls.

FXR owners are working with a chassis nobody has built parts for in twenty five years, so a current production stainless system sized correctly for the frame is worth more than the spec sheet suggests. This one is cut for mid controls specifically, which matters because the FXR's tight frame leaves no room to improvise routing.

How the FXR Super Bike System Performs

Stepped stainless headers move from 1-3/4" to 1-7/8", improving exhaust velocity and scavenging through the mid range where an FXR spends most of its time. The 4" Super Bike muffler body finishes in a tapered end cap. Welding is done by hand, TIG, throughout.
