Assault 2:1 Exhaust / M8 FLHCS, FXLRST, FLSB Softail

The Trask 2-into-1 Assault Exhaust is the Softail specific Assault, offered in stainless or black ceramic.

Black ceramic is the point of difference on this one. Ceramic coating handles heat differently from a painted or raw finish, holding its colour through repeated heat cycles rather than bluing or fading where the header runs hottest. On a Low Rider ST or Heritage Classic, where the pipe sits in plain view, that matters over a few seasons.

How the Assault System Is Built

High quality stainless steel is mandrel bent and TIG welded, keeping inside diameter consistent through the bends. A double slip fit with gusset adds strength at the joint. Custom heat shields with wire-tied fasteners give it the race inspired look, and O2 ports are included. Made in the USA.

⚠️ The year bands are not the same across these models. A '22 Sport Glide and a '21 Low Rider ST are both outside this fitment.
