106" Stroker Flywheel Kits / '99-'16 Twin Cam

The S&S 106" Stroker Flywheel Kit adds a 4-1/2" stroke to a '99-'16 Twin Cam without any modification to the motor cases.

Stroke is the harder half of a displacement increase, because it usually means the cases have to be opened up. These flywheels were engineered to fit as they are, which removes the single most expensive step from a stroker build. For a 103" stock motor or one already running a factory 95" kit, the flywheels plus a piston kit is the whole project.

How the 106" Stroker Kit Is Built

The flywheels are three piece assembled units, precision engineered to deliver the 4-1/2" stroke reliably under load. They work with stock or S&S cylinder heads, so the build does not force a head decision. Designed and manufactured in the USA.

What Else the 106" Build Needs

A 103" stock motor or one with a factory 95" kit requires only an additional piston kit to finish. Stock cylinders must be bored to 3.875" to accept the increased displacement. Fuel injected motors require recalibration of the fuel injection system afterward.

Installation requires a skilled technician, since clearance and assembly specifications have to be checked throughout. ⚠️ VERIFY which motor style you have, whether it has a sprocket bearing race, and your current cylinder size before ordering.
